My teaching revolves around four main classroom objectives:

(1) Provide enthusiastic instruction to foster enthusiastic learning;

(2) Challenge students in ways that are relevant to their learning;

(3) Connect with students on a personal level; and

(4) Offer students a voice.

I have experience teaching the following subjects: Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Business & Professional Ethics, Leadership, Employment Law, HR Compliance, Business Communication, and Employee Relations.
