WHO AM I?

I'm an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at California State University, East Bay. My areas of specialization include leadership development, language & communication, and employment law. I have been a competitive synchronized swimmer since childhood and have more than 15 years of experience coaching at all ages and levels. I regularly perform stand-up comedy in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I'm hilarious, according to tens of people. I live in Oakland, CA with a bunch of plants and my dog, Blanche Dogereaux.
